Priceless juxtapositon, Jon! Hey, and another thing: I'm sick, sick, sick of our benighted leaders soulfully "admitting responsiblity"--so big of them, so courageous--so hypocritical, as they then immediately shift the "responsibiity" to others.
And another another thing: Have you noticed the color of the ties? Seems to me Bush and his cohorts regularly wore red ones; O. and his often blue. Geez, how heavy can symbolism get?
Yeah, just that heavy.
A few GOP-faithful people with a good sense of humor put together some videos about Obama being a Messiah, they're pretty hilarious aside from the statements that Obama is a communist (which he isn't) seeking a socialist paradise (also isn't). But the tone and tenor -- religious reverence for The Obamessiah -- is spot-on.
