What an eyeopener! And this was four years ago? I suspect things are even worse today. Incidentally, I didn't work outside the home for 18 years after my marriage. My husband supported all of us (four kids) on his one income--and it wasn't a large one, believe me. Could that happen today? Almost surely not, except for upper income families.

Warren's a joke. She's a privileged Ivy League Academic. She wouldn't ever be harmed by a "middle class collapse." So what would she know about one?

I'd like to see her go poormouth for a decade. After that, I'd start listening to her.

With all respect, Karl, two and two makes four even if Hitler says so.
